Shipping & Returns

At Apricity, every order is handled with care from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives. Our goal is to provide a refined, secure, and reassuring shopping experience.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Apricity is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been dispatched. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an order.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all included packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, scratches, missing parts, or improper handling may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved before the item is sent back. Please contact us first with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or arrives damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Apricity is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the item is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue.

We will review the case and provide the most appropriate solution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted depending on product availability. If the item you would like is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative option after the returned item has been received and inspected.
